If my couch could talk...

Hooray! A new apron for the shop. Now that Spring Melody's completed, I can focus on other more pressing matters like this...

Every time I turn the corner into my living room I'm greeted with a couch that needs some serious TLC. It's as if the couch says to me "Please make me over. It's not fair that you and your blog get a make-over and I don't. Can't you turn me into that couch in Anthropologie you always talk about. You can use Anna Maria Horner's new home decor fabric. You know... the one with a bird in it. I'll look soooo dang good." As if the couch talking to me isn't enough, recently I've come across two blogs; JCaroline and Flipt both describing how to reupholster furniture. I do find it intimidating when I see the tools needed for such a project, and not to mention the words used in describing their experience with reupholstering such as: wrestled, tired, arm yourself. However, I must say, if I do complete this task I've earned some serious bragging rights. All I need is someone to tell me I can't do it and then I'll definitely do it ;)

You asked for it. I don't think you can do it. ;) (Actually, I'd love to see pics when you are finished. It's not that hard- just time consuming.)

I just want to see if completed. I don't think you can do it... :)

Actually, I do mostly home decor projects and rather recently branched out unto the world of sewing clothing. Be adventurous and a jack of all trades. DO IT!
