- Flatten the cookie dough on a round cooking sheet or a pizza baking stone. It doesn't have to be round, however it helps if you want the pizza effect.
- Bake the dough for about 8 minutes or until the dough is lightly golden.
- Let the dough cool.
- For the topping, mix the cream cheese and sugar, then add the cool whip.
- Spread the topping on the cooled cookie dough.
- Add fruit.
Super easy and as my friends in Hawaii say, "Oh, so ono brudda."
Lastly, I discovered something that has changed my music life. Pandora! If you haven't already heard of this site you have got to check it out. It is a commercial free, genera specific, music site and it's free! Finally, a product that isn't inflating their price. Basically, you type in a song or artist you like and then Pandora generates a radio station around it. For example, I typed in Feist, and Pandora created a station that played Feist music and songs by artists in the same genera category. If you don't like the song that comes up, you can give it the "thumbs down" click, and never hear that song again. This is pure awesomeness!
When you start your own Pandora experience, do me a favor by typing in Atomic Dog by George Clinton, pump up the computer speakers, and shake what your momma gave ya! Good summer fun.
