The Sol Hoodie features cuffs with thumb openings and bands outlining the zipper and hood. You can use a contrast fabric or ribbon for the bands.
Sizes range from X-Small to XX-Large. The pattern also includes instructions for how to sew knit fabrics on a home sewing machine. Plus, there are additional instructions on how to shorten a zipper. Right now the pattern is available as a pdf pattern and will soon be available as a printed paper pattern.

ReplyDeleteI am also a San Diegan:) Always.....no matter where I live:) I have a nickname ..Smiley.....started there....and SWEAR. ....no matter where I go, it just follows;) Hence S avannahsmiles2........why 2?.....I swear a bar here found MY name and and used it.lo I left a while. Took my babies back and lucked out when I moved to the southern end of Imperial Beach and so happened that most of the guys on the BUD PRO SURF TEAM, lived in my building. They taught my "babies" to surf;) My oldest was 8 by then.....for a single mom, an expensive sport every yr. We all called him a baby chipmunk in his surf gear. Those young men were GREAT. MY BABIES ARE NOW 33 AND SOON, 31. Good men. Oldest a 6 tour War Vet. I too am a vet.......But gosh, to have grown up there....then take my babies back 4 and 2.....what a great life♥ My last home was in BONITA. I miss San DIEGO............YOU KEEP GOING GIRLY.....YOU ARE AMAZING! I am trying to build my own BATH AND BODY BUUSINESS. SOON TO ALSO START SEWING. I AM DISABLED WITH EPILEPSY AND GRAVES.......But just lucked up on getting an INdustrial type machine.;) I cannot use it yet due to my med giving me Thyrotoxicosis. But when better, I will be sewing too.
